Bitia Baena

Bitia is a qualified Spanish Abogado in the Family and Litigation department and assists with a wide variety of matters including divorce and separation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, choice of forum and jurisdiction disputes and enforcement of foreign orders. She also assists in the drafting of affidavits of law and personal injury claims such as road traffic accidents in the UK and Spain, fatal injury claims, hotel accidents and liaises with clients and other firms on case matters and conducts legal research as required.

She has completed a Law Degree and a Master’s in Legal Practice at the Open University of Catalonia. She has also successfully concluded a Master’s in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research in collaboration with the Open University of Catalonia.
