Be aware of the increase of the local rates of your Spanish property

Local authorities are now considering whether or not they will be renewing and increasing the cadastral value of properties.

This of course will not mean very good news as these measures normally imply an increase of the local rates due (IBI- Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles).
